A coach or team representative will attend the mandatory information meeting in early October.

Only rostered coaches/managers may be on the team sideline during Recreational Cup games.

Photo rosters are required for all Recreational Cup games.

Group Stage games begin the weekend of Mid October and may continue through December 14th. Parents have confirmed their players’ availability through the end of the tournament. Detailed schedules will be provided at the Coaches’ Meeting and depend on the number of teams per bracket.

Games are typically scheduled on the opposite weekend day of league play; in unusual circumstances, you may need to play a midweek match.

Schedules may change due to unforeseen field issues or approved reschedules.

For U15 and older teams: players may miss games due to homecoming or work. Teams must play short if necessary, but games cannot be canceled.

Teams can request to not play certain dates for unavoidable conflicts (SAT, homecoming, etc). These requested blackout dates MUST be communicated before the first round of matches begin. The tournament organizers will attempt to honor these requests if possible, but it is not guaranteed, and teams will be expected to play on the scheduled matchday

No reschedules will be allowed during District Quarterfinals, Semifinals, or Finals.

The tournament fee must be paid in full to the association by the last day of the registration period (end of September).

No refunds or withdrawals will be allowed after October 1st.

Teams participating in District Finals must provide a volunteer to help with event operations.
