The Northshore Youth Soccer Association believes that the skills and friendships we make on the field will last a lifetime, but we also understand the importance of learning in the classroom. In 1993, NYSA started a local scholarship program that awarded two scholarships to high school seniors who participated in our youth program. Today the NYSA Dave Shipway College Scholarship grants two $1000 college scholarships and two $500 college scholarship to deserving high school seniors in our service area. The Scholarship is awarded by our Scholarship Committee that reviews all applications and selects the recipients..
