Hello Fellow Coaches,

My name is Walt Antoniuk and I am honored to be the U11 & U12 Youth Director for NYSA.

Thank you for your commitment to youth soccer development by investing your time and energy as a NYSA coach. My intent is to help you have a positive impact on each player’s life by supporting the growth of your coaching practices. A Training Program, see below for more information, has been developed to help guide you throughout the season. I am available to attend your team's training sessions or games during the season to help in any way possible. 

Training Program

To support your coaching efforts Michael Duncan and I designed a program based on best coaching practices that is developmentally appropriate for this age group. It is easy to implement and consists mostly of games and exercises aimed at skill development through guided discovery. The program is designed to go from simple to more complex as the season progresses. Please feel free to adjust to the level of your team, repeat exercises or jump forward as needed. You will receive the program prior to the start of the season.
