Hello U9 and U10 Coaches,

My name is David Hartshorn and I am the new U9 & U10 Youth Director.

I would like to welcome you all to the Fall season with Northshore Youth Soccer Association.  Our aim is to provide a positive soccer experience for all players at all levels.  Thank you in advance, for the commitment, time and energy, that you have chosen to invest in developing youth soccer.  It is greatly appreciated!

To support you on your coaching journey, Michael Duncan and I have designed a program based on best coaching practices, that is developmentally appropriate for this age group.  This program resource covers a wide variety of topics, that you will work through with your players and even revisit throughout the season.  The practice sessions are fun, easy to implement and allow players to learn and develop their skills and techniques through guided discovery.  These program resources will be available to you prior to the start of the Fall season.
