In most instances, you will be the player’s first “coach” or “teacher”. Your role is critical to the development of each player’s growth on and off the field. Your help with their approach to sportsmanship and the love of the game is vital.

Northshore Youth Soccer Association (NYSA) requires that every coach attend their age appropriate coach certificate and classroom lecture. All required coach education is 100% refunded by NYSA once the course is completed.
