How do I register a new player?
A new player can be registered online on the NYSA website, via mail, or in person at the NYSA office. A New Player is defined as a child who has never been registered to a NYSA team.
Online Registration
Log onto the NYSA website with your site name and password, then click on Parent, Registration, Select Player. Select {new player} on the Parent/Registration/Register Player screen and fill in the required data entry fields for the new player. Click on the Next button and fill out the next screen's information and click Next and so on. When you have completed the registration process you will reach the receipt page to see "Congratulations!", which you can print as your receipt.
Register by Mail
To register a new player via mail, click on the following arrow to get the registration form . Print the form and mail it, your payment, and Proof of Birth to NYSA, 12810 NE 178th St, Suite 202, Woodinville, WA 98072.
Register in the NYSA Office
Come to the NYSA office Monday through Thursday between 9:00am and 3:00pm to register your player. Someone is generally in the office on Fridays between 9:00am and 3:00pm, but not always. Be sure to bring Proof of Birth so that your registration can be completed.
Registration for the fall season starts on March 1st every year.
If you do not have/know your SiteName and/or password, then please click on the following arrow Logon: Help.
Send NYSA Proof of Birth
All new players must present proof of birth to the NYSA before a player is considered 'Registered'. A copy can be emailed, mailed, faxed or brought to the NYSA Office (click on the arrow for fax #, etc. ), or you can use the Parent/Paperwork page to first choose your specific player and then upload a scanned copy to NYSA.
Have a camera phone?
If you have a camera phone and can take a picture of the birth certificate or passport, just email it to us. As long as we can can read it, that works, too!
Email to Office@NorthshoreSoccer.org or Registration@NorthshoreSoccer.org.
